Juhl has invested in and managed funds that invest in the clean energy projects developed by Juhl affiliates for the past ten years. These funds have been mostly focused on distributed renewable energy projects. Juhl and its customers are developing some of the largest industrial decarbonization projects in the U.S. market, which represents a unique opportunity to invest in and grow clean energy assets for Juhl managed funds. Howard is a key part of executing on this new growth opportunity and we are excited to welcome him to our senior management team.
Juhl Energy brings significant experience in project development, power engineering, EPC partnerships and is able to use the financing capabilities of JCEA to fully implement low carbon solutions.
Biofuel Experience
Juhl Energy has assisted biofuel suppliers with the reduction of the carbon intensity of electricity usage to obtain premiums on fuel prices in low carbon fuel markets, all financed through the JCEA fund.
